I would think you could use the same one they make to plug your TV to your computer. You just need a female receptacle that will accept RCA plugs, with an out to coaxial. This is a simple connector and shouldn't require any any power unless you want to boost the signal.. What does Swann recommend? I don't know if you are still in Europe, but maybe check with TV shops, computer parts stores, and hardware stores.
